Our experienced and professional staff includes Shelley Seibolt, Roses Ammon, Jamie O'Roark, and Marie Mullinix.

Roses Ammon, Vice President/Sales, Marketing & Recruiting, has 14 years of industry experience. Along with that, she brings a personal commitment to each client. Roses is currently an active member and forum moderator of EO, an international entrepreneurial group.

Jamie O'Roark, Staffing Consultant is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Jamie is an active member of The Central Exchange, Kansas City's premier organization providing leadership development opportunities for women. As a Toastmaster she is working on her Project 1-10. Jamie will be studying and completing her PHR, or Professional in Human Resource, affiliated with Society Human Resources Management. Jamie has also attended Danny Cahill’s symposium in Cheshire, Connecticut.

Marie Mullinix, Research Associate is a graduate of the University of Kansas. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre & Film with a Concentration in Psychology. Marie is a Gamma Phi Beta Alum and started her recruiting career early as an active member of her sorority. Although Marie is originally from Kansas City, she also has strong ties to the Chicago area through her successful marketing & media career in radio. Marie uses her excellent personal relations skills to give each candidate that “Personal Touch.”
