Our Professional Recruitment Staff

At Staffing Kansas City, our experienced and professional staff includes Shelley Seibolt, Roses Ammon, Jamie O'Roark, and Marie Mullinix.

Shelley Seibolt, President/Staffing Coordinator, has been placing office support, technical and sales candidates in the Kansas City area for over 20 years. Shelley received her Master’s in Human Resources from Kansas State University. She is the President of the local chapter of the American Staffing Association and National Association of Personnel Services. The local Chapter is the Missouri and Kansas Search and Staffing Association

Roses Ammon, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Recruiting, has over 20 years of industry experience. Along with that, she brings a personal commitment to each client. In the past, Roses has held a position as Learning Chair for Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) in Kansas City.

Jamie O'Roark, Recruiter, is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Kansas City, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Jamie is presently studying for her Professional in Human Resource certification (PHR), affiliated with Society Human Resources Management. In her professional career, Jamie has been trained through what is considered the most extensive training journey into sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, sales and marketing techniques at Morgan Consulting Group. Additionally, Jamie is a Board member of the local American Staffing Association (ASA) chapter, Missouri and Kansas Search and Staffing Association (MKSSA).

Marie Mullinix, Recruiter, is a graduate of the University of Kansas. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Film with a concentration in Psychology. Marie is a Gamma Phi Beta Alum. Marie uses her excellent personal relations skills to give each candidate that “personal touch.”
