Our experienced and professional staff includes Shelley Seibolt, Roses Ammon, Jamie O'Roark, Jaye Summers and Diane Plymale.

Shelley Seibolt, President/Staffing Coordinator, has been placing office support, technical and sales candidates in the Kansas City area for 12 years. She has her MBA in Human Resources from Kansas State University. Shelley is the Membership Director of MAPSS, the MidAmerica Association of Personnel & Staffing Services.

Roses Ammon, Vice President/Sales, Marketing & Recruiting, has 14 years of industry experience. Along with that, she brings a personal commitment to each client. Roses is currently an active member of YEO, an international entrepreneurial group.

Jamie O'Roark, Staffing Consultant is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Jamie is an active member of The Central Exchange, Kansas City's premier organization providing leadership development opportunities for women. As a Toastmaster she is working on her Project 1-10. Jamie will be studying and completing her PHR, or Professional in Human Resource, affiliated with Society Human Resources Management. Jamie has also attended Danny Cahill’s symposium in Cheshire, Connecticut.

Jaye Summers, Staffing Consultant, is a graduate of Kansas State University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. Jaye was the Director of Human Resources and Customer Service for five years at a local non-profit organization. She is a member of the local chapter of SHRM. Jaye with also be completing her CSP.
