Contract-to-Hire Placements

What is the contract-to-hire program?

“Contract-to-Hire” is a true try before you buy concept. Staffing Kansas City, Inc. will advertise, recruit, test (Proveit), reference check and provide qualified candidates to you. Since this is a possible permanent position with your company, we suggest you interview the candidates and pick the one that best fits your needs. The candidate will work on our payroll for 480 hours at a bill rate less than your actual cost. At this point you may take them on to your payroll with no fee!

What is our guarantee?

If at any time you are not satisfied with the candidate, for whatever reason, we will go through the selection process with you again. The hours accrued by the first candidate will be applied to the replacement. You are guaranteed an employee that fits your needs.

With the shortage of skilled workers who possess an excellent work ethic, the cost of recruiting the ideal candidate is enormous. The time and money invested in advertising, screening resumes, reference checking, interviewing and training can add up. Then, if the candidate you hire does not work out, you have to go through this costly and time consuming process again. Our “Contract-to-Hire” program eliminates these factors.

Direct Hire Placements

For permanent placements our fee is a percentage of the first year’s base salary. Our guarantee, should the candidate’s employment end within the first thirty (30) days, we will replace them with no additional charge.
