Immediate need in faith-based Overland Park company for a Client Service Manager to help process paperwork for clients’ accounts. The ideal candidate for this job is detail oriented, highly organized and a good problem solver. Candidate should like working in a team environment. Our office is 80% paperless, therefore candidate should feel comfortable working with web-based programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and process account forms

• Follow-up on paperwork processed

• Document and maintain notes for paperwork processed in CRM

Qualifications and Skill:

• 1 year Financial (investment) industry experience preferred

• Detail oriented

• Superior organization skills

• Takes initiative

• Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with Client Relationship Managers (CRM)

• Experience working with Mac computers is a plus but not necessary
